Excellent Choice In Home Healthcare lnc./Adult Day Care shall provide quality healthcare service to the elderly, the mentally and physically disabled citizens. We carry out our mission with the highest integrity to make a difference In their lives. We believe in providing the right program to fit the needs of the individual, encouraging each person to reach their potential, creating a support system for family members, and continuing to develop model programs that meet the unfulfilled needs of the elderly and disabled citizens of St Louis City and Counties.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Excellent Choice In Home Healthcare lnc./Adult Daycare Center's philosophy is to first provide our clients with a sense of security and peace of mind by providing services that will help them to continue the ability to live independently in their home by providing client education and communication along with our health care monitoring. This is implemented to also reduce ER admissions and hospitalization. We offer advocacy related to entitlement and benefits. You will have use of information and referrals targeted toward independent living skills, social activity, and household management.
